With 80% of concrete used being low carbon, the La Ronce district is one of the first low-carbon concrete housing construction projects.

After six months of work by the teams from Bourdarios in Montauban (southern France), the project is definitively rainproof and draughtproof.

This Primméa property development includes a building made up of 51 apartment units and is located in an area benefiting from widespread renovation work.

In order to minimise the environmental impact of the project, over 90% of the structural concrete used is low carbon. The composition of the concrete used, labelled EXEGY®, will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 37%. The work is scheduled to be completed in the final quarter of 2023.
